Filberts Fine Foods works alongside several industry renowned executive chefs to concoct bespoke recipes for London Hotel chains and bar groups. Examples of this include a Brazilian Piri-Piri mixed nut for the football World Cup and a Christmas sage and onion stuffing flavoured nut for a chain of 5 star London hotels. To support Food Service we have around 16 catering recipes that are sold in 3kg re-sealable bags and these recipes change with each season and event. Mr Filberts branded food service glass kilner jars and scoops are also available to support behind the bar loose serve.

Inspired by the fusion foods we’ve sampled in markets and bars around the world, and locally sourced honey, chillies, wild garlic, herbs and Cornish sea salt we have concocted Mr Filbert’s delicious range of hot-air roasted snacks: Moroccan Spiced Almonds, Peruvian Pink Peppercorn Cashews and Italian Herb Peanuts.

Mr Filbert’s snacks are expertly roasted until they are just perfect, toasted in their own natural oils, and then tumbled
with our distinctive blend of herbs and spices to give a crisp and deliciously flavoursome snack. We only use 100% natural ingredients, with no artificial additives, flavours or preservatives. When combined with our unique hot air Roaster_converted-2roasting process this makes our snacks much healthier than deep fried nut snack alternatives.
